Vice President: Charlotte HalfordHi, my name is Charlotte! I am a third-year on the pre-med track. majoring in global public health with biology and dance minors. I am excited about becoming more involved in AGSS this year as I love this club and its mission. It's so fun to see children engaged and curious about science and math topics. I love when they come up with questions I have never even thought about.

Treasurer: Megan MasriHi everyone! My name is Megan Masri and I am a fourth year majoring in Computer Science and Commerce. I’ve always enjoyed STEM since I was little especially trying to figure out how things work. I joined AGSS because I'm passionate about making STEM more approachable, exciting, and empowering for younger students. I'm especially excited to help girls build confidence in math and for them to see how STEM can be fun and collaborative. Outside of school, I love trying new restaurants around Charlottesville , baking, and playing pickle ball.

Secretary and Marketing Chair: Stella HessionHi! My name is Stella Hession, and I am a third-year Computer Science and Media Studies major with a Data Science and Psychology minor. I have always enjoyed STEM whether through math olympiads, programming clubs, or organizing an independent published research project. I originally joined AGSS looking to connect with like-minded women in STEM, and I ended up discovering a passion for educating children! I am so lucky to have found such an exciting way to give back to our community. In my free time, I enjoy baking, going on walks, and hanging out with my friends!

I joined AGSS because of my interest in STEM and desire to share that passion with and inspire children! I joined AGSS to continue my passion for teaching kids about all areas of science—a passion I also pursue each summer through teaching. I aspire to become a Physician Assistant specializing in pediatrics, and AGSS has given me the opportunity to grow alongside a supportive community of women in STEM while making a meaningful impact in the Charlottesville area. In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer, hiking, and baking with my friends.
