Jade Peters, Senior Advisory Council

Jade is a senior at Westview High School. She's been interested in STEM since childhood, when she found a passion for mathematics and computer science. Since then, she's participated in AMC and Science Olympiad. Recently, she participated in a program with MIT's Lincoln Lab, learning how to create games using Unity and use reinforcement learning models. She's also participated in two summer programs with Girls Who Code, learning Python, data science, and game design. Apart from volunteering, she spends her free time doing arts and crafts, programming games, and reading. She enjoys helping girls find their passion in STEM during the workshops she's participated in over the past three years.
