Medha Ravi, Director of Communications & CCA Ambassador

Medha is a freshman at Canyon Crest Academy in Carmel Valley. She has been passionate about STEM ever since elementary school, however recently has been focusing on her love of biology and medical research. When she was younger, she participated in many AGSS workshops, and loves volunteering because she gets to watch girls' love of STEM grow, just like hers did. Currently, she is interning at UCSD's Institute of Engineering in Medicine where she is researching how the Rin3 Protein Mutation affects Brain cell health and memory in Alzheimer's patients. In her free-time she loves to practice and watch NCAA gymnastics, read, and bake new recipes with her friends.
