Virginia Zhu, Director of Math Curriculum and Del Norte High School Ambassador

Virginia is a freshman at Del Norte High School. Ever since elementary school, she has competed in many math competitions including MathCounts, AMC, and AIME. Virginia enjoys being able to spend her time problem-solving and exploring new theorems. Besides math, Virginia loves collaborating with the STEM community and has taken part in competitions like Science Olympiad, the Science and Engineering Fair, and CyberPatriot. Virginia is very passionate about improving female representation and wants to share her passion with other girls to make STEM feel less intimidating. In her free time, she likes playing piano, sleeping in, traveling all over the world, and spending time with her friends.
