From Frances Chen: “I am currently a director of product management for Qualcomm 5G modem. Before that, I was a director of engineering at Qualcomm Wireless R&D. I spent 23 years developing software for wireless communication systems, from 2G to 5G. During those years, I was fortunate enough to have a front and center seat to witness the evolution of wireless communication. It was such an awarding experience to see the technology we developed improving people’s lives. I have a master's degree in computer science from the University of Southern California, and a bachelor's in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin."
