Anabel Weinstein, Director of Social Medi

Anabel is currently a sophomore at La Jolla High School. She has loved STEM since elementary school, and particularly likes mechanical engineering and astrophysics. She gets experience with mechanical engineering from her school’s FRC robotics team. She has also competed in math competitions including the AMC-10s, CAMLs, and the CCA Math Bonanza, which help her understand the complexities of physics. This is her second year volunteering for AGSS, and she can’t wait to help the girls become more exposed to STEM and learn about all different kinds of STEM-related topics! Anabel is also part of her school’s Speech and Debate team, math team, and five other clubs, including Environmental Action. In her free time, she enjoys playing water-polo, playing piano, baking, and listening to music.
