Isabel Cabellero, Bonita Vista High School Ambassador
Isabel Caballero is a current senior at Bonita Vista High School. Driven by her passion for STEM, she has participated in robotics for over 6 years now and is the current president of her school's robotics club and team. Having to overcome the stigma of women in STEM by being the only female in her schools robotics club, she was determined to break that stigma through empowering younger girls to follow their STEM passions. In addition to being president of her robotics club, Isabel uses her award winning art skills to represent her school as a member of the ASB art commission. She also pushes herself everyday as a candidate for the International Baccalaureate diploma. In her free time, Isabel takes her competitive edge to another level in competing in pageants. Pageants are more than the glitz and glam for her as she is determined to put the crown to good use in promoting her platform of breaking the stigma of women in STEM.
