Chloe Jiang, Poway District President

Chloe Jiang currently attends Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego, California. She is the news editor for the MC SUN, an award-winning student-run news magazine and online publication, and a facilitator of Full of Ourselves at middle schools and other youth organizations. Full of Ourselves is a wellness program devoted to empowering young women. Math and English are her favorite subjects, and she hopes to eventually pursue a career that utilizes her strengths in these areas. Chloe is also the Class of 2017 Distinguished Young Woman of Greater San Diego. Whenever she has free time, she loves taking trips to the beach, exploring San Diego eateries, writing, working on web design and coding, and helping out in the community. ​​

Claire Sun, Promotional Director

Claire Sun is a senior at Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego, CA. She coaches middle school students in Science Olympiad, who have ranked the highest on the State level, and also coaches the freshman team for Academic League at Mt. Carmel. She is the president of I-Art, her school's art club, as well as the founding president of Tutoring Our Tomorrows, a tutoring club that helps middle school students in various subjects, especially math. Claire also plays oboe, English horn, and alto saxophone for her school's Grammy-winning music program. In her spare time, Claire enjoys painting, baking, and playing puzzle games.

Leona Hariharan​, Assistant Poway District President

​Leona is a sophomore at Mt. Carmel High School and is extremely passionate about volunteering in her community.  She holds a local title of Junior Teen Miss Coastal Cities with CYE, a prominent pageant organization. Furthermore, she coaches Science Olympiad and is secretary of Speech and Debate at her school. She is also a cheerleader and an active member in friendship club, a club dedicated to integrating students with disabilities into society. In her free time, she volunteers at a local science center, hangs out with her friends, and participates in a variety of key club events.
