Selene Wang, Vice PresidentSelene is a junior at The Bishop’s School. She has been interested in STEM ever since 4th grade, especially in math and chemistry. She enjoys participating in the AMC and watching random math videos on YouTube. Last summer, she interned at the BioSPOT biophysics lab at the University of San Diego, where she built a pair of optical tweezers to trap micron-sized particles and investigate the viscoelastic properties of soft matter systems. This is her third year volunteering for AGSS, and she is very excited to encourage girls to thrive in STEM. Her other interests include Speech & Debate, Model UN and Cross Country. In her free time, she loves reading a good book.
